Here are a couple of ways we structure ourselves to eliminate any issues before they arise:
Communication is imperative – you will have a Quality Manager assigned to your home. Anytime you’d like to express feedback or simply discuss your cleaning vision and goals – simply give us a call.
Accountability – your home will be inspected by your Quality Manager periodically. This inspection will be random and unexpected by your cleaning team. This inspection is also an opportunity to discuss how we might better serve you.
Our Cleaners –Â Our cleaning employees and contractors have undergone local and national background checks and complete our thorough Luxury Green Cleaning Certification Program.
