Communication is imperative - you will have a Quality Manager assigned to your home. Anytime you'd like to express feedback or simply discuss your cleaning vision and goals - simply give us a call.
Accountability - Your home will be inspected by a Quality Manager once each month at the conclusion of a scheduled cleaning. This inspection will be random and unexpected by your cleaning team. This inspection is also an opportunity to discuss how we might better serve you.
